- Success of the plan depends on joint ownership of the goal for healthy weight loss and dedicated efforts to have lasting benefits
- The first diet plan will be for 3 weeks . The formulation of second plan will be charted out after a detailed call and henceforth the next plan . By the end of 3 weeks a maintenance plan will provided for sustanence
- Continuous effort is crucial for progress, so any break longer than three weeks will result in the end of the engagement. You will have to Re-enrol in the program again and restarting will be required.
- Continuous updates and progress reports are the only ways to assess success and identify opportunities for modification. In case of unforeseen circumstances, advance notice is a must for a mutually agreed extension of time.
